In the event you are unsatisfied with any type of product you have purchased from 23degrees, we will be happy to accept this return within the following guidelines;
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To start a return, please go to notify us through our contact us page, or via email at email@example.com. We will process your refund application as soon as possible upon your request.
Once you request a refund, one of our team will provide you with a response within 24 hours from the time of the request. All return requests must be done within 5-7 working days from the date of receiving the Product.
You will be refunded if your purchase cannot be fulfilled. Items that are out of stock will not be available for sale or displayed on our website.
In most cases, returns with damages will be sent back to us and then inspected for any damages. Only after so, we can issue you a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed and credited back to the account used for payment within 7-14 working days, depending on the bank processing time.
We recommend that you take pictures of the faulty product (photographic evidence) and send an email containing the evidence to us within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return request is approved, you will have twenty (20) working days to return an item from the date of approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and the receipt must be attached to the returned product.
Your item must not have been tampered with or soiled.
You understand that not all products come with free-return in case you want to return the Product. Please make sure to check the labels or packaging materials to know if a product may be returned at no cost. You understand that you will be responsible for any shipping cost for the return of any product you purchase. If your return is approved, we will send you a new product for the same item.
If for some reason (example, the Product is out of stock), we are unable to provide a return of the same product you ordered, we will replace the product with another of the same value or refund you in full.
You will not be eligible for a return should you fail to comply with any and all of the conditions above stated. We will not process a refund nor accept your return on any account.
You will not be entitled to a return or refund if:
If the Product seal has been tampered with.
Your product is a flash or promotional sale item. These items are considered sale items.
You are unable to provide a valid tracking number and the related information needed.
If the Product has damaged in whatsoever manner
If the price tags, labels have been tampered and/ Missing.
Any damages during the transit of return are not 23degrees responsibility.
We will accept your return if:
the Product is defective
the Product is damaged
In case of Order Mismatch
In the case of missing products
In case of an incorrect quantity
Our only liability to you shall be the replacement of any damaged product provided your return is in compliance with our return policy. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss or damages you may incur in connection with a damaged product.
